Captain Dave Schneider becomes member of the Lowrance pro staff

Posted by admin on December 9, 2014

Big news tonight for Hooksetter Adventures and captain Dave Schneider! I spoke with a representative of Navico this evening and found out that I am going to be on the Lowrance pro staff. This very exciting news. I have been a avid user of Lowrance products for years. Those who know me know how much I enjoy using electronics to improve my fishing, and know I'm going to be able to take that knowledge and enthusiasm for these products and share it with fishermen all over south Florida. Since arriving here in Clewiston several months ago, I have used my two Generation 2 hds 10 ' s to locate all sorts of structural elements in the lake as well as the Rim Ditch. My structure scan has been invaluable in identifying hard bottom ares as well as all sorts of submerged grass beds. The structure scan on these units has also pointed out hot spots by showing the presence of bait fish in key structure areas.

For now the best advice I can give my fellow Lowrance users would be to make sure you have the latest software installed on your units. Often when the company puts out an update it includes better performance and added features. These updates are free, so don't miss out on this valuable service Lowrance offers its customers.

Good luck out there and be sure and check back for more on Lowrance products and features.
